General Conditions of Sale

Rise & Reign LLC

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through websites, sales pages, and payment platforms operated by Rise & Reign LLC.

A “Customer” is any natural or legal person who places an order with Rise & Reign LLC via our secure online payment platform or any other approved payment method.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

Article 2: Age Requirements

Age restrictions apply.

Customers must be at least 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products (including books and downloadable materials).
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, courses, programs, workshops, or any form of coaching or training.

Rise & Reign LLC makes reasonable efforts to restrict access to its products and services to minors. If a Customer is found not to meet the applicable age requirement, the order will be canceled and refunded, and access to the product or service will be revoked.

Article 3: Orders

Any order placed through a Rise & Reign LLC website or payment page constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Once payment is confirmed, the order is considered final, subject to the refund terms outlined below.

Article 4: Prices

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on the Customer’s location. Prices may be updated at any time; however, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including for pre-orders.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. Rise & Reign LLC does not store payment card details.

Any security guarantees related to payment processing are the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to Rise & Reign LLC.

Article 6: Delivery & Access

Digital products and courses: Access is provided electronically via email or online platform access after successful payment.
Physical products (if applicable): Items are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.

Rise & Reign LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, mailing addresses, or technical issues outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information at checkout.

Article 7: Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of most products and immediate access upon purchase:

Digital products, downloads, and online courses are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
If a refund policy or satisfaction guarantee is explicitly offered for a specific product, those terms will apply.

For physical products, refund or replacement requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and may require return of the item in original condition.

Article 8: Personal Data & Privacy

Rise & Reign LLC collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws.

By placing an order or subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for order fulfillment, customer communication, and relevant marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

Rise & Reign LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. All products and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Article 10: Governing Law

These Terms and any related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
